Praise

The first steps in prayer is to remember we are entering the very presence of God.
We talk and share our heart with Him because we Love Him.
The Word tells us that Praise and Thanksgiving are important key s that allows us to enter into Him presence.

psalm 100:4
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name

As we enter in to praise, meditate on the provision the Lord has made for us through
The Blood of Jesus.
His Blood allows us to walk today in the new covernant

Hebrews 10:19-25
Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,   by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,   and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.   Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.   And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,   not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 12:24
to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

The source of Praise is the Holy Spirit activating our spirit to express approval and adoration of God's
greatness. Develope the habit of Praise during prayer time.

 Psalm 51:15
O Lord, open my lips,
And my mouth shall show forth Your praise.

Psalm 119:164

  Because of Your righteous judgments.

Thank Him for what He has done and what He will continue to do .
Thanksgiving awakens our love towards God as we acknowledge we are His child
Thank Him that He gives us every good and perfect gift

James 1:17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

Respond with joy to His benefits showered on us as His heirs.

Proverbs 3:6
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

Psalm 116:12,17
What shall I render to the Lord
For all His benefits toward me?
