SATURDAY PRAYER
Family—General
Father, in Jesus' name, praying that we may reign in life today through our Lord Jesus Christ, having received the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. For Your eyes are toward the righteous, and Your ears are open to their cry.
Thank You, Father that because we have believed in the Lord Jesus, our household shall be saved. Thank You, that as for us and our house, we will serve the Lord.
Praying that we might be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, in order that we might walk worthy of You, unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God, that we might be strengthened with all might, according to Your glorious power, unto all patience and long-suffering with joyfulness.
Father, Praying that we will not be anxious, saying, "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "With what shall we clothe ourselves?" For all these things the Gentiles eagerly seek. For You know, Heavenly Father, that we need all these things. Praying that we will seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things shall be added to us. Praying that we will not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself.
Thank You, Father, that Your eye is on us because we fear You; we hope in Your loving-kindness, to deliver our souls from death, and to keep us alive in famine.
Father, by wisdom may our house be built, and by understanding may it be established. By knowledge may our rooms be filled with all precious and pleasant riches. The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked, but You bless the dwelling of us, the righteous.
Because we fear You, Father, You will instruct us in the way we should choose, and our souls will abide in prosperity, and our descendants will inherit the land. Your secret counsel and sweet, satisfying companionship is for us who fear You, and You will make us to know Your covenant, and reveal to us its deep, inner meaning. Our eyes are continually toward You, for You will pluck our feet out of the net. All Your paths are loving-kindness and truth to us, because we keep Your covenant and Your testimonies. Redeem us, Father, out of all our troubles.
Children
Thank You, Father, that our children are a gift and a heritage from You, and the fruit of the womb is our reward from You. The children of our youth are like arrows in the hand of a warrior. How blessed  are we to have their quiver fall of them; they shall not be ashamed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.
You said, Father that even the captives of the terrible will be delivered, and the captives of warriors will be released. You will contend with the ones who contend with us, and You will save our children.
We Pray, Father, we will train up their children in the way they should go. so that even when our children are old. they will not depart from it
Father, thank You that all of our children will be taught by You, and the peace and well-being of our children will be great.
Praying that our children be obedient to their parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to You; that they honour their father and their mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with them; and that they may live long on the earth.
We ask, Father, that You give to our children the tongue of disciples, that they may know how to sustain the weary one with a word, and awaken their ear to listen as a disciple, and not be disobedient nor rebellious. For You will help them; therefore, they will not be ashamed, confounded, or turned backward.
Praying that all may desire to know how to follow our example, because our children do not act in an undisciplined manner among others.
Praying that fathers do not provoke our children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Praying that fathers not enrage them, in order that they not lose heart.
Father, praying that our children hearken and listen to You, that You may teach them the fear of the Lord. May our children keep their tongues from evil, and their lips from speaking deceit. May they depart from evil, and do good. May our children seek peace, and pursue it, in order that they may have life and length of days, and that they may see good.
And, Father, Praying that our offspring shall be known among the nations, and their descendants among the peoples, that all who see them in their prosperity will recognize and acknowledge they are the people whom You have blessed.
Husband
Father, so that we may be above reproach. Praying that we provide for our own, especially for those of our own household, that they do not deny the faith, and be worse than an unbeliever.
Father. Praying that just as Christ was faithful as a Son over His house, so also will we be faithful over our house.
We Pray, Father, that each may know how to possess their own vessels in sanctification and honour, and not in lustful passion, like the Gentiles, who do not know God
Praying that husbands will live with their wife in an understanding way, as with a weaker vessel, since she is a woman, and grant her honour as a fellow-heir of the grace of life, so that their prayers be not hindered
Wives
Thank You, Father, that You have made a suitable partner to help.
Praying that our heart trusts in her, and that we will have no lack of gain. Praying that we will do good, and not evil, all the days of our lives, and that we will be known in the gates when we sit among the elders of the land.
Praying that strength and dignity are her clothing, and that she smiles at the future. Praying that she opens her mouth in wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. Praying that she looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.
Couple
Praying that their way of life be free from the love of money, being content with what they have, for You said You would never desert them, nor will You ever forsake them, because godliness with contentment is great gain.
Heb. 13:5
Praying to always give a soft, gentle answer to turn away wrath, because grievous, harsh words stir up anger.
praying that our love will be without hypocrisy. Praying that we will abhor what is evil and cling to what is good. Praying to be devoted to one another in brotherly love; giving preference to one another in honour; not lagging behind in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; persevering in tribulation; devoted to prayer; contributing to the needs of the saints; practicing hospitality.
Family
And so, Father, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, Praying that  we put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone, just as You forgave them, so also will they. And beyond all these, that they put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. And Praying that we let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts, to which indeed we were called in one body, and be thankful.
As for You, Father, this is Your covenant or league with us: Your Spirit who is upon us and who writes the law of God inwardly in our hearts, and Your words which You have put in our mouths, shall not depart out of our mouths, or out of the mouths of their children, or out of the mouths of their children's children from henceforth, and forever.
