Chapter 1
Enjoying the Truth About God 1
At this point we shall begin to build a
foundation of strength as we
pray to God,
to come boldly and beyond
that,
to break down any mind sets that are
holding us back from the
Father
to reach the Holly of Hollies
in total peace that
overwhelms us with His Glory.
The point of standing
in the Gate
is a position of strength
in The Fathers power
and to reach this position
will require your mind
to move out of the way
and allow your heart to
guide you in a spiritually way.
Trust in the Lord
with all your heart,
And lean not on your
own understanding;
In all your ways
In all your ways
acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct
And He shall direct
your paths.
Do not be wise
Do not be wise
in your own eyes;
Fear the Lord
and depart from evil.
This is foundationally
This is foundationally
aimed at our hearts
not minds so to absorb it
we need to meditate.
As we continue we will
As we continue we will
concentrate on
the heart and how
the Father effects
us through the heart.
So to be clear,
us through the heart.
So to be clear,
we meditate with our minds
on the Logos of the word
on the Logos of the word
and with our hearts
we drink in
the Rhema of the word.
the Rhema of the word.
God speaks to us through
the Holy Spirit
who lives in us.
Hearing the Lord improves greatly
when we trust that we are before God,
that He is before you here, James 4:10
and that the Holy Spirit is in youRomans 8:9
and angels are all around you here. Psalm 34:7
and angels are all around you here. Psalm 34:7
Our goal here is to love, believe and receive
or drink in from God.
Jesus talked about rivers of living water John 7:37
and how we need to drink from them,
so with that in mind we will dedicate
small areas to confessing the word
so your heart can hear what we are saying
and activate faith to believe
which will in turn build your foundation
for the presence and glory of God.
The first corner stone
we need to establish is Grace.

The first corner stone
we need to establish is Grace.
We have to believe we are receiving
the glory of Gods presence
by The Fathers grace.
Lets start then with scripture
that possibly our minds might know
but our hearts may not of completely believed.
This will be a challenge to some
and we encourage you to press in and drink
to allow any mind blocks to be dissolved.
To help you we have number them so to make
it easier for you to find your place.

to take you closer to Him.
Remember this will bring us into unity as we speak it out.
to take you closer to Him.
Remember this will bring us into unity as we speak it out.
Believing and Enjoying the Truth About God 2
(Even though these verses
may be familiar to you,
your heart may not be fully believing them.
So, read them out loud.
And glorify God
by impressing the greatness
of these truths on your heart.
of these truths on your heart.
For this to work, you really have to
hear your own voice
hear your own voice
(purposefully listen to what
you are saying.)
.
Eventually, your heart will hear.
Eventually, your heart will hear.
You will believe.
And, your love for
God will increase.)
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
God is good. It is evil that is evil!
And because evil is so evil,
it is bad for you to hold back from God.
And, God is so good,
that God’s goodness includes us.
So, let yourselves believe, love,
and be thankful
for the truth!
Think about God as your friend!
Heart, rejoice in the truth about God!
we can trust God because He does not lie.
IT IS WRITTEN that He is
“ God, who cannot lie ”
(Titus 1:2).
(heart, feel reassured by it!)
“ God is greater than man”
.
(Job 33:12).
“God is not a man, that He should lie”
(Num. 23:19).
“ has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”
(Num. 23:19).
The Bible is the word of God.
And it IS the truth.
So heart, the best and safest thing
for us is to believe it.
(heart, feel reassured by it!)
.
“ the will of God is, that which is
good and acceptable and perfect”
(Rom. 12:2).
So, God’s will toward us IS good!
The truth is also that evil is so bad,
that bad things happen sometimes.
So heart, when bad things happen,
don’t hold back from God!
Don’t be afraid.
God is NOT the one doing evil things!
(heart, let the truth settle into your heart!)
.
“ [the king] said to them,
‘Is it true that you do not serve my gods
or worship the golden image that I have set up
if you do not worship,
you will be cast into the furnace of blazing fire
or worship the golden image that I have set up
if you do not worship,
you will be cast into the furnace of blazing fire
Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego
replied to the king
we do not need to give you an answer
concerning this matter
our God whom we serve is able to deliver us
from the furnace of blazing fire;
from the furnace of blazing fire;
and He will deliver us out of your hand,
O king. But even if He does not,
let it be known to you,
O king, that we are not going
to serve your gods or worship the golden image
that you have set up”
to serve your gods or worship the golden image
that you have set up”
(Dan. 3:14-18).
And God DID deliver them.
But even if He did not deliver them,
heart hear this:
The best and safest thing for us to do is to
get close to God and to NOT let
ourselves be afraid of Him.
Heart, be calm and let our heart feel
delight because God is our friend.
Even
“Though the fig tree should not blossom
and there be no fruit on the vines,
though the yield of the olive should fail
and the fields produce no food,
though the flock should be cut off
from the fold and there be no cattle in the stalls,
yet I will exult in the Lord,
I will rejoice in the God of my
salvation.
The Lord God is my strength,
and He has made my feet like hinds' feet,
and makes me
walk on my high places.”
(Hab. 3:17-19).
Believing and Enjoying the Truth About God 3
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Let yourselves believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
God is good. It is evil that is evil.
Heart, it isn’t safe to hold back from God.
So think about God as my friend!
(heart, think that way!)
Heart, we don’t have to stay away from God because
He forgives and cleanses us freely.
He forgives and cleanses us freely.
It is written that
“ You, Lord, are ready to forgive ”
(Psalm. 86:5).
The Bible says it, so heart, it is safe
for you to submit to the truth.
God is ALWAYS ready to forgive.
we don’t have to hold back.
Even when
“Iniquities prevail against me;
as for our transgressions, You forgive them.”
(Psalm. 65:3).
So the truth about God is that
He does NOT hold back.
It is just not accurate to think of Him that way.
“ You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive ”
(Psalm. 86:5).
So heart, love the truth that God does NOT
wait until you deserve forgiveness!
God doesn’t wait to forgive us.
we shouldn’t wait to ask.
God says that
“ I will cleanse them from
all their iniquity by which they have
sinned against Me ”
(Jer. 33:8).
So heart, we don’t have to be afraid of God.
He does NOT hold back from us.
And, we don’t have to try
to protect ourselves from Him.
God says to us that
“ I will sprinkle clean water on
you, and you will be clean;
I will cleanse you from
all your filthiness and from all your idols.”
(Eze.36:25).
So heart, are we receiving this?
Every time we confess our sin to God
and ask forgiveness,
He forgives us, without hesitation.
At the same time as when He forgives,
He is also washing us clean.
It is right and good for us
to believe that God is cleansing us
because the BIBLE says,
“If we confess our sins,
He is faithful and righteous
to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness”
(1 John 1:9).
So, we rest into believing
that the cleansing of God is touching us now.
Heart, God is our friend.
And God says to us that
“I am the one who
wipes out your transgressions
for My own sake;
and I will not remember your sins”
(Isa. 43:25).
Since God forgives for His own sake,
His reason for forgiving us isn’t about us.
God forgives us for His
“own sake.”
So, God doesn’t hold back
from forgiving ALL our sin.
And we shouldn’t hold back from Him, either.
Being forgiven and cleansed
by God is a GREAT benefit to us,
but our being forgiven
and cleansed is also of great
benefit to God Himself!
Heart, hear the truth where God says,
“ for My own sake I will not
remember your sins”
(Isa. 43:25).
Heart, for salvation we are
“washed in the Spirit of our God.”
(1 Cor. 6:11).
It works the same way with cleansing.
It also says that
“ God is Light
if we walk in the Light
we have fellowship with one another,
and the blood of Jesus His Son
cleanses us from all sin”
(1John 1:5,7).
The truth is that we are cleansed
“ by the sanctifying work of the Spirit
sprinkled with His blood ”
(1 Peter 1:2).
So heart, let ourselves believe
and love that God is
washing us holy right now.
Heart, turn away from trying to
feel secure by holding back from God.
God says,
“I have wiped out your transgressions
like a thick cloud,
and your sins like a heavy mist.
Return to Me, for I have redeemed you”
(Isa. 44:22).
Heart, when we ask forgiveness
it is right and good for us to believe
and enjoy that God HAS forgiven us
and that He IS washing us,
“ like a heavy mist”
(Isa. 44:22).
And God says,
“ for My own sake
I will not remember your sins”
(Isa. 43:25)
.
Believing and Enjoying the Truth About God
4
Heart, God is holy, righteous,
and very good.
our heart will believe this more fully,
if we purposely rejoice
that the best and the safest thing for us
is to entrust ourselves to God.
So rejoice about the truth.
Don’t fight against it.
Love the truth.
Love God,
and don’t be afraid of being close to Him.
It is written that
“ the Lord is good ”
(Psalm. 135:3).
When the Bible says that God is good
then it is true.
So heart, it is right, accurate,
and good for us to believe
that His goodness includes us.
Hear this again, He is
“ God, who cannot lie ”
(Titus 1:2).
So let ourselves love the truth
that God really IS good.
God IS good toward us
.
(heart, believe it!)
.
“ Holy is He.”
(Psalm. 99:3).
God is so holy,
that His goodness is completely good
and He does NO evil toward us.
“There is no one holy like the Lord ”
(1 Sam. 2:2).
“ the Lord is righteous,
He loves righteousness ”
(Psalm. 11:7).
“ the Lord is our righteousness”
(Jer. 33:16).
So heart, it is right to believe
and enjoy that God is our righteousness
and that He loves us!
Lord,
“You are good and do good ”
(Psalm. 119:68).
And hear it again that
“ the will of God is, that
which is good ”
(Rom. 12:2).
So, when evil things happen
to God’s people, it is NOT God doing it!
Heart, it is right and safe
for you to believe that!
.
(heart, believe, and love the God
who is close!)
.
“ the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
and His faithfulness to all generations.”
(Psalm. 100:5).
Heart, it is NOT safe for us to
hold back from God.
Nothing else is worthy of our trust!
“O taste and see that the Lord is good;
how blessed is the man
who takes refuge in Him!”
(Psalm. 34:8).
Heart, rejoice in the truth
that we don’t have to be afraid
to get close to God because God
really IS kind,
slow to anger, compassionate,
and gracious.
And, God is NOT holding back from us
because the grace of God
is that quality about Him that
continually and effortlessly gives.
So heart, submit to the truth.
Rest into believing. we are
making it our intention to
receive the truth and
let ourselves feel joy about God.
“Gracious is the Lord,
and righteous; yes,
our God is compassionate”
(Psalm. 116:5)
.
(heart, hear it)
.
Heart, it is right and good
for us to be close to God because,
“ you, O Lord,
are a compassionate and gracious God,
slow to anger,
abounding in love and faithfulness”
(Psalm. 86:15 ).
“ His anger is for a moment,
His favor is for a lifetime ”
(Psalm. 30:5).
(Psalm. 30:5).
(heart, hear it)
“The Lord’s loving kindnesses
indeed never cease,
for His compassion's never fail”
for His compassion's never fail”
(Lam. 3:22).
“How precious is Your loving kindness,
O God ”
(Psalm. 36:7).
Heart hear this
and embrace it as the truth!
God isn’t holding back from us.
God IS gracious and kind
and He IS our best friend.
and He IS our best friend.
(enjoy it!)
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 5
Heart, rejoice in the truth that
we don’t have to hide from God
when we feel insecure.
God wants to be our refuge
and hiding place.
So Lord, we turn our heart to
trust Your grace for our being
able to freely receive Your presence
all around us here.
“Be gracious to me,
O God For my soul takes refuge in You;
and in the shadow of Your wings
I will take refuge until destruction passes by.”
(Psalm. 57:1).
Thank You God,
we turn our heart to love YOU!
Heart,
“It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in man”
(Psalm. 118:8)
.
(heart, love it)
.
“I will say to the Lord,
‘My refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust!’”
(Psalm. 91:2).
“I have set the Lord continually before me;
because He is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken.
Therefore my heart is glad
and my glory rejoices;
my flesh also will dwell securely.”
(Psalm. 16:8,9).
“The eternal God is a dwelling place ”
(Deut. 33:27).
we love Your grace that gives us
Your presence God!
“The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble”
(Psalm. 9:9 ).
“Guard my soul for I take refuge in You.”
(Psalm. 25:20).
Heart, rejoice your way into believing it!
“In God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid ”
(Psalm. 56:11).
“The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the defense of my life;
whom shall I dread?”
(Psalm. 27:1)
.
(heart, hear, believe,
and love the God who is close!)
.
“You are my hiding place and my shield ”
(Psalm. 119:114)
I turn to love receiving God’s presence
as my shield.
Lord,
“You are my hiding place ”
(Psalm. 32:7).
I love Your grace that freely gives us
Your presence God!
“ God is greater than man”
(Job 33:12).
“God is to us a God of deliverance ”
(Psalm. 68:20).
Lord, You alone are my protection
because we
“ have made the Lord
even the Most High,
your dwelling place.
No evil will befall you,
nor will any plague come near your tent.”
(Psalm 91:9,10).
So we turn to trust Your grace
that freely gives us Your presence God.
And we hide ourselves in You God!
“The Lord is my rock
and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;
my shield and my stronghold.”
(Psalm. 18:2).
we love You God. we love Your presence
all around us here.
“Be gracious to me,
O God For my soul takes refuge in You ”
(Psalm. 57:1).
Thank You for being a fountain
that freely gives us Your presence God!
we turn our heart and rejoice
our way into believing it God.
“Deliver me,
O Lord, from my enemies;
I take refuge in You”
(Psalm 143:9).
God,
“ You are my refuge in the day of disaster.”
(Jer. 17:17).
I love YOU for being my refuge God!
Heart, rejoice in the truth
that we don’t have to avoid God
even when others hurt us
“ God is greater than man”
(Job 33:12);
“God is a righteous judge ”
(Psalm. 7:11)
.
(heart, believe it!)
.
“ His judgements are true and righteous ”
(Rev. 19:2)
.
(heart, hear, believe, and love the truth!)
.
“ the Lord is a God of justice;
how blessed are all those who long for Him”
(Isa. 30:18).
“Behold, these are the wicked;
and always at ease,
they have increased in wealth
When I pondered to understand this,
it was troublesome in my sight
until I came into the sanctuary of God;
then I perceived their end”
(Psalm. 73:12 ,16,17)
.
(heart, hear, believe, and love the truth!)
.
Believing and Enjoying the
Truth About God 6
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Let ourselves believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
Heart hear this: God is good.
It is evil that is evil!
God is your friend!
.
(Heart, think of Him that way!)
.
So enjoy the truth that God is loving and He takes
pleasure in His people.
pleasure in His people.
Heart, it IS the truth!
God loves and He takes pleasure in us!
“ God is greater than man”
(Job 33:12).
“ the Lord loves His people ”
(2 Chron. 2:11).
“ the Lord your God turned
the curse into a blessing
for you because the
Lord your God loves you”
(Deut. 23:5).
Heart, God loves us,
and it is right for us to
freely enjoy loving Him.
we love YOU God!
Heart,
“ the Lord takes pleasure in His people ”
(Psalm. 149:4).
“ great is your love toward me ”
(Psalm. 86:13).
But,
“ without faith it is impossible to please Him ”
(Heb. 11:6).
So heart, believing God’s love for us
causes Him to feel pleasure!
.
(heart, believe and enjoy it!)
.
Hear it and believe;
“ love is from God ”
(1 John 4:7).
“ He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”
(Zeph. 3:17).
So we set our heart to believe
and enjoy God’s love for us right now.
Thank You God that we can enjoy
knowing that our faith causes
You to feel pleasure!
And we turn our heart,
to love and enjoy causing
you pleasure right now!
.
(heart, enjoy it!)
.
Heart, rest into loving the truth!
we don’t have to protect ourselves
from believing God’s love
for us.
God’s perfect love for us casts out our fears!
(1 John 4:18)
.
(heart, believe, and love the truth!)
.
God’s love for us IS patient and kind!
(1 Cor 13:4 RSV).
(heart, hear, believe, and love the truth!)
God’s love looks for ways of
being constructive with us!
(1 Cor. 13:5)
.
(heart, hear it)
.
“For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines.
He disciplines us for our good,
so that we may
share His holiness.
afterwards it yields
the peaceful fruit of righteousness”
(Heb. 12:6,10,11).
Heart,
God does NOT get irritated in His love for us!
(1 Cor 13:5).
God’s love for us is NOT
condemning in any way!
(Rom. 8:1).
And, we love the truth about God!
God’s love for us is NOT like a roaring lion
that is seeking to devour us!
(1 Peter 5:8).
God knows everything about use, yet still,
God deeply loves us
we cannot escape it!
(Psalm. 139).
God’s love does not decrease when we fail!
(1 Cor. 13:8; Romans 5:8; Romans 8:36-39).
And, God’s love for us does not increase,
God’s love for us is good.
God’s love is good enough for us to trust!
(Psalm. 34:8; John 15:9).
And, nothing can separate us from God’s love!
(Rom 8:38,39).
“ the Lord takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation.”
(Psalm. 149:4).
And heart, that truth includes us.
God has made us beautiful with salvation,
and the Lord takes pleasure in us.
.
(heart, believe and love God!)
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 7
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
And let ourselves believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
God wants what is GOOD for us.
And the truth is that
God does NOT secretly despise us!
God says to us that
“ I know the plans that I have for you,
' declares the Lord,
'plans for welfare and
not for calamity
to give you a future and a hope”
(Jer 29:11).
So God’s plans for us are all good!
And even if things don’t
work out the way we think,
it is still best to entrust ourselves to God
because God is always good toward us.
He never stops being good.
It’s evil that is evil.
.
(receive this as truth!)
.
Heart, God
“ has not despised.
the afflicted;
neither has He hidden
His face from him ”
(Psalm. 22:24).
So God does NOT despise us.
And when it feels like God is hiding,
God is NOT the cause of it
being that way.
It is written that
“ we receive the promise
of the Spirit through faith.”
(Gal 3:14).
“ it is by faith,
in order that it may be in
accordance with grace,
so that the promise
will be guaranteed to all ”
(Rom. 4:16).
So heart, it is right and safe for us
to fully trust the
grace of God for His presence!
The truth is that God is our friend!
He is NOT holding back from us.
Hear it again,
God
“ has not despised the afflicted;
neither has He hidden His face from him ”
(Psalm. 22:24).
And (My Heart),
“ he who comes to God must believe that
He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.”
(Heb. 11:6).
So we
“must believe”
that God is rewarding us
with His presence even now!
Heart, rejoice about God’s grace
to draw near without His holding back.
Thank You God. we love You!
And thank You God that
we don’t have to feed our neediness
by depending on earthly sources.
we can turn away from earthly idols
and toward the LIVING God
because God has promised with an
“ everlasting covenant,
to be God to us and to our descendants ”
(Gen. 17:7; Gal. 3:29).
And it is written that
“ My heart trusts in Him, and we are helped ”
(Psalm. 28:7).
So, we turn our heart to rejoice
about the grace of God
and to feed on His presence
and to feed on His presence
drawing near to us here.
we love YOU Lord.
Heart, rejoice our way into believing that
we don’t have to stay away
we don’t have to stay away
when we are hurting
because God comforts His people.
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted,
and saves those who are crushed in spirit”
(Psalm. 34:18)
we are turning our heart to trust that
God is HERE with us now
and to NOT be afraid.
.
(heart, hear, believe,
and love the God who is close!)
.
The Bible says that
“God comforts the depressed ”
(2 Cor. 7:6);
“As one whom his mother
comforts, so I will comfort you.”
(Isa. 66:13).
we turn our heart to love
the comfort that Your presence gives.
we love You God.
we love Your being close to us HERE
.
(heart, believe, and love God!)
.
God says that
“ I, am He who comforts you ”
(Isa. 51:12);
And Lord, You are
" the Father of mercies
and God of all comfort”
(2 Cor. 1:3).
So we rest into believing that
God’s presence
is covering us like a mantle.
Thank You God for being
a mantle of comfort around us.
we love YOU God!
.
(heart, believe and love
the God who is close!)
Thank You God that we
don’t have to be discouraged
because Jesus prayed to
because Jesus prayed to
the Father God,
“Of those whom You have given Me
I lost not one”
(John 18:9).
Jesus prayed it so that includes us!
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 8
Heart, it IS the truth that
we don’t have to be afraid
to let God draw near and
walk with us here.
God will NOT abandon
or betray His people.
So God will not abandon
or betray us.
Heart, submit to the truth and love it.
God says that
“I will never desert you,
nor will I ever forsake you”
(Heb. 13:5).
And God is
“ the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls”
(1 Peter 2:25).
So it IS right and good for us
to trust that God will NOT
abandon us
because God is
the Shepherd and Guardian
of our soul.
And even when the tangible
presence of God lifts
the truth is still that
“ the Lord will not abandon His people
on account of His great name ”
(1 Sam. 12:22).;
Heart, open ourselves
to receive this truth.
Keep on believing and loving that
God will NOT abandon or forsake us;
“ those who know Your name
will put their trust in You,
for You have not forsaken
those who seek You”
(Psalm. 9:10).
“Walking with God”
“He has told you, O man,
what is good;
and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice,
to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?”
(Mic 6:8).
So heart, God tells us it is “good”
for us to do justice, to love kindness,
AND to actually walk with Him.
The Bible says that
“Enoch walked with God”
(Gen 5:22).
And Abraham spoke of
“The Lord,
before whom I have walked”
(Gen 24:40).
So “walking humbly” with God
is right for us to do also.
The truth is that
“ God said,
‘I will dwell in them
and walk among them;
and I will be their God,
and they shall be My people”
(2Cor 6:16).
So heart, it is right and good for us
to believe that God
“dwells in” us, AND is
“walking” with us here.
So we turn away from disbelief.
And we turn away
from letting ourselves be afraid
of having God close.
He just wants to be God to us here.
Heart, hear it again.
“God said,
‘I will dwell in them
and walk among them;
and I will be their God,
and they shall be My people”
(2Cor 6:16).
So God
“dwells inside” AND “walks” with those
He calls “My people.”
And heart,
“ the Lord will not
abandon His people,
nor will He forsake us,
as His inheritance”
(Psalm.94:14);
Jesus said,
“Of those whom You, Father
have given Me I lost not one”
(John 18:9).
So heart, trust you ARE
walking with God
because God requires us to
“walk humbly with your`God”
(Mic 6:8).
And God promises that
“I will also walk among you
and be your God ”
(Lev. 26:12).
So, don’t hold back. Believe it.
And, don’t think of God as
being far away.
The truth is that God is NOT
holding back from us.
So, we don’t have to hold back either.
And heart, rejoice that
“by grace you have been saved
through faith”
(Eph 2:8,9).
And our walking with God
works the same way.
“ as you have received
Christ Jesus the Lord,
so walk in Him,”
(Col.2:6 ).
So heart,
“ they shall call His name Immanuel,’
which translated means,
‘God with us.”
(Mat. 1:23);
let ourselves believe
and enjoy God being close.
we love You God!
And Lord we love where it says that
“He will not fail you”
(Deut. 4:31).
Thank you God that You are
NOT like other people
who have failed us because
“He is called Faithful and True”
(Rev. 19:11)..
we are so thankful that You
will never abandon us or forsake us.
Thank you God for dwelling in us AND
for walking with us here.
we love YOU God.
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 9
Heart, hear this: God is good.
It is evil that is evil!
God is your friend!
.
(think of Him that way!)
.
So we thank You for Your grace
that freely gives us Your love God!
“God is love,
and the one who abides in love,
abides in God and God abides in him”
(1 John 4:16).
And, we turn our heart to
love abiding in God’s love,
all around us here.
Heart,
“ God is greater than man”
(Job 33:12).
And God says,
“ abide in My love.”
(John 15:9).
So
“keep yourselves in the love of God ”
(Jude 1:21).
.
(heart, believe that I CAN do that!)
.
Thank God for Your grace that freely
gives us the substance of Your love!
“May your unfailing love rest upon us,
O Lord,
even as we put our hope in you.”
(Psalm. 33:22 ).
Heart,
“the Lord longs to be
gracious to you
He waits on high
to have compassion on you ”
(Isa.30:18).
So we turn away from
holding back from God.
And we joyfully rest into
receiving the touch of
God’s love,
all around and in us here.
we love YOU God!
we love Your love upon us God.
we love Your grace that freely
gives us Your loving presence.
Heart,
“You shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart
and with all your soul
and with all your might.”
(Deut. 6:5).
“ cling to Him.”
(Deut. 13:4).
.
(heart, hear, believe,
and love the God who is close!)
.
Heart,
“take diligent heed to yourselves
to love the Lord your God”
(Jos 23:11).
So, we turn our heart
to love God’s love
wrapped around us here.
“'For as the waistband clings
to the waist of a man,
so I made the whole
household of Israel and
of Judah cling to Me,'
declares the Lord,
'that they might be for Me a people,
for renown,
for praise and for glory;
but they did not listen.'”
(Jer. 13:11).
So, we cling to Your closeness God.
And thank You for holding onto us!
Thank You that it is for
“renown, for praise and for glory”
that You want us to love You God.
we cling to Your love
all around us here God.
Thank You God!
.
(heart, enjoy loving Him!)
.
Heart, God IS our healer.
So, rejoice in the truth that
the radiance of the Holy Spirit is
pouring out all around God.
And since
“we receive the promise
of the Spirit through faith.”
(Gal 3:14),
we are RESTING into believing
and receiving the touch
of God’s healing power
all around and in us here.
IT IS WRITTEN that
“ I, the Lord, am your healer”
(Exo. 15:26).
.
(heart, believe and love the God!)
.
Heart,
“The Son of God
appeared for this purpose,
to destroy the works of the devil”
(1 John 3:8).
“You know of Jesus of Nazareth,
how God anointed Him
with the Holy Spirit
and with power,
and how He went about doing
good and healing
all who were oppressed
by the devil,
for God was with Him”
(Acts 10:38).
(heart, believe it!)
“ He saw a large crowd,
and felt compassion for them
and healed their sick”
(Mat. 14:14).
“ all the people
were trying to touch Him,
for power was coming from Him
and healing them all”
(Luke 6:19).
.
(heart, hear, believe,
and love the God who is close!)
.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday
and today and forever”
(Heb. 13:8).
.
(heart, hear and love it)
.
“Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget none of His benefits;
who pardons all your iniquities,
who heals all your diseases”
(Psalm. 103:2,3; Mat. 8:16,17
Isa. 53:4,5).
.
(heart, feel confidence from it!)
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 10
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Let ourselves believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
Heart hear this:
God is good.
It is evil that is evil!
God is your friend!
.
( Heart, think of Him that way!)
.
Heart, turn to believe and love God.
Hear and believe it:
my God is greater than
all the “other gods!”
“I know that the Lord is great,
and that our Lord is above all the gods”
(Psalm. 135:5).
.
(heart, hear)
.
Heart,
“ God is greater than man”
(Job 33:12);
“ it is Heaven that rules”
(Dan. 4:26).
.
(heart, love Him!)
.
And God says,
“I, the Lord, am the first,
and with the last.
I am He”
(Isa. 41:4).
we love the truth about God!
Heart,
“you shall not worship any other god,
for the Lord, whose name is Jealous,
is a jealous God”
(Exo. 34:14).
“ the eyes of the Lord move to and fro
throughout the earth
that He may strongly support those
whose heart is completely His”
(2 Chron. 16:9).
.
(heart, believe, and love it!)
.
Heart, we don’t have to stay away
from God because
Jesus is righteousness inside us.
Jesus is righteousness inside us.
And heart,
when God’s presence
touches our body,
His cleansing makes us holy
on the outside also.
Our part is to consecrate ourselves
to the Lord.
God’s part is the act of actually
making us holy by touching
us with the Holy Spirit.
The Bible calls this sanctification.
We are
" sanctified by the Holy Spirit"
(Rom 15:16).
And God says to us that
“ I am the Lord who sanctifies you”
(Exo 31:13).
The Old Testament priests were told,
“consecrate the altar,
and the altar shall be most holy”
(Exo 40:10).
And when the priests did their part
to consecrate the altar
then God came and did His part
to actually make it holy.
God says of
“the veil the altar and My sanctuaries
I am the Lord who sanctifies them”
(Lev 21:23).
“Now may the God of peace Himself
sanctify you entirely,
spirit and soul and body ”
(1 Thess. 5:23).
"the body is for the Lord,
and the Lord is for the body”
(1 Cor. 6:13).
So whenever we feel unworthy,
or unholy,
trust God to touch our body
with the Holy Spirit.
BELIEVE that God is sanctifying us
because anything
He touches becomes holy.
You are
“ sanctified by faith in Him”
(Acts 26:18)
to be doing it. Enjoy Him!
Heart, God has promised
and He won’t hold back:
“I will sprinkle clean water on you,
and you will be clean;
I will cleanse you
from all your filthiness
and from all your idols”
(Ezek. 36:25).
Believe that because
IT IS WRITTEN that
“ I am the Lord who sanctifies you”
(Lev. 22:32).
So heart hear it again
and rest into believing it,
because God says, that I am
“ sanctified by faith in Him”
(Acts 26:18).
So we turn our heart
to believe we are
receiving the touch of
God’s holiness right now
everywhere on our physical body.
“draw near with a sincere heart
in full assurance of faith,
having our hearts sprinkled clean
from an evil conscience
and our bodies washed with pure water”
(Heb. 10:22).
.
(heart, hear it)
.
“Who will bring a charge
against God's elect?
God is the one who justifies”
(Rom. 10:33).
Thank You God that You
are the God who justifies us.
You are the God
who touches us and makes us holy!
.
Believing and Enjoying
the Truth About God 11
Heart, God says,
“I will not give My glory to another,
nor My praise to graven images”
(Isa 42:8).
So God does NOT give the glory
from our worship to any other.
But God DOES give the glory
of His presence because
“The Lord gives grace and glory;
no good thing does He withhold
from those who walk uprightly”
(Psalm. 84:11).
“Moses said, ‘ show me Your glory!
And God said,
‘while My glory is passing by,
I have passed by”
(Exo 33:18,19,22).
And, glory is vital
because glory is
what makes something
have value and be special.
The glory of God
strongly declares His value
(Rom 1:20-23).
And heart,
the glorious presence of God
with us is what makes us special!
Moses said to God that,
“this nation is Your people..
And if Your presence
does not go with us
how then can it be known that
I and Your people,
may be distinguished
from all the other
people who are upon
the face of the earth?”
(Exo 33:13, 15, 16).
And God said,
“My presence shall go with you”
(Exo 33:14).
So thank You God for making it so
Your presence can go with us!
“as the waistband clings
to the waist of a man,
so I made the whole
household of Israel and
of Judah cling to Me,’
declares the Lord,
‘that they might be
for Me a people,
for renown,
for praise and for glory;
but they did not listen’
(Jer 13:11).
So we turn our heart to listen
and to cling to You here, God!
Heart hear it again
that the Lord gives
“grace and glory”
(Psalm. 84:11).
And since God wants US
to be His glory here on earth
(Jer 13:11),
it is right for us to trust
that God freely gives us
His glorious presence here!
When Jesus was glorified,
He started receiving the
“the Spirit,
who proceeds from the Father”
(John 15:26)
“This Jesus God raised up again
and having been exalted
to the right hand of God,
and having received from the Father
the promise of the Holy Spirit,
He has poured forth this which you
both see and hear.”
(Acts 2:32,33).
And Jesus told us,
“I am sending forth
the promise of
My Father upon you”
“His Son He is the radiance
of the Father’s glory”
(Heb. 1:2,3).
“ the Spirit of glory ”
(1Pet. 4:14).
And Jesus said
“the Helper,
whom I will send to you
from the Father
the Spirit of truth
who proceeds from the Father”
(John 15:26).
“the fountain of living water,
even the Lord.”
(Jer. 17:13).
we open up
and we receive
the shine of Your presence
onto us by believing Your grace God,
“The Lord bless us
the Lord make his face shine upon us
and be gracious to us;
the Lord turn his face
toward us and give us peace”
(Num. 6:24-26).
Thank You God for Your grace
that freely gives!
Heart,
“Your Father has chosen
gladly to give you the kingdom”
(Luke 12:32),
(Luke 12:32),
because He is
“the God of all grace”
(1 Peter 5:11)
“the kingdom of God does not
consist in words but in power”
(1Cor 4:20).
So hear it again where Jesus said,
“I am sending forth the promise
of My Father upon you
” And, what “I am sending,”
He said would make us
“ clothed with power from on high”
(Luke 24:29).
“O God, You are awesome
from Your sanctuary God Himself
gives strength
and power to the people ”
(Psalm. 68:35).
So thank You God!
we love Your strength and
power given freely by the radiant shine
pouring out from You!
.
(heart, hear, believe,
and love the God who is close!)
.
“we receive the promise of the Spirit
through faith.”
(Gal 3:14).
Heart,
“it is by faith, in order that it may be
in accordance with grace,
so that the promise
will be guaranteed to all”
(Rom. 4:16).
“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ,
and the love of God,
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit,
be with you all”
(2 Cor. 13:14).
.
Trusting Salvation for
the Acceptance of God 12
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
Heart, during Old Testament times,
under the
Old Covenant of works (what we do),
Old Covenant of works (what we do),
“ when you offer a sacrifice
to the Lord, you shall offer it
so that you may be accepted.”
(Lev. 19:5 Lev. 22:29).
“As a soothing aroma I will accept you ”
(Eze. 20:4, 43:27).
Thank You God that
we don’t have to live according
to the Old Covenant any more.
And, we repent of feeling
like we have to make
sacrifices in order to be acceptable.
Heart, under the
New Covenant of grace
“the gospel of God, is so
that the we might become acceptable”
(Rom. 15:16).
And that includes us!
“Christ also loved us and
gave Himself up for us,
an offering and a sacrifice to God”
(Eph. 5:2).
Jesus is
“ the Lamb of God ”
(John 1:29).
“ He Himself is the payment for our sin ”
(1 John 2:2).
And God accepts us
by our believing that
Jesus made the payment for our sin.
“Christ, gave Himself up for us
a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.”
(Eph. 5:2).
we turn away from having to find
the acceptance we need
by what we do or
by how well we perform.
we repent of trying to find
the acceptance we need
from how kind we are to other people.
It is right to be good and kind,
but we repent and turn away from
self-effort and works as the way to find
the acceptance we need.
we are turning our heart to trust God
to give us His acceptance freely.
we repent of feeling like
our humanity has to be perfect in
order to earn acceptance from God.
we turn away from depending on pride
from how much we know
in order to feel acceptable to ourselves.
we turn away from pushing to
find the acceptance we need
by how impressive we are.
Lord YOU are our God,
NOT ourselves.
we repent and turn away
from earthly sources
and toward YOU God.
Heart, by our entrusting ourselves
to the death of Jesus
as punishment for our sin,
we have the full acceptance of God.
So we are turning away from
protecting ourselves
with disbelief about it.
The LIVING God accepts us
because we are putting our faith
in the power of the death of Christ
as payment for our sin.
So it is right, safe, and best for us to
submit into believing the truth.
The gospel is so that
we would become
acceptable to God.
And God says to us that
“ by grace you have been
saved through faith
it is the gift of God ”
(Eph 2:8,9).
So salvation is a gift from God
given freely to us by His grace.
And, we have to believe it
because we are saved
by our believing it!
It is
“through faith.”
So the only safe thing, is for us to
believe that God has saved us,
and that God accepts us because of it.
Heart, it is
“by grace you have been saved
through faith;
and that not of yourselves,
it is the gift of God;
not as a result of works,
so that no one may boast”
(Eph 2:8,9).
So, the acceptance that comes
through salvation,
depends on our faith in HIM,
and does NOT depend on faith
in how well we can earn it.
Heart,
“ God is our salvation ”
(Isa. 12:2).
we repent of wanting to achieve
a place of deserving
acceptance from God.
we turn our faith to believe God gives
His acceptance to us
“by His grace.”
And we rejoice in that.
Thank you God that
because of turning to trust
You for the acceptance we need,
WE CAN repent of pushing for
acceptance by other means.
“to the one who does not work,
but believes in Him
who justifies the ungodly,
his faith is credited as righteousness”
(Rom. 4:5).
our faith is credited
as righteousness when
we believe God justifies us.
Heart hear this,
“ the Lord is our righteousness”
(Jer. 33:16).
“ He loves righteousness ”
(Psalm. 11:7).
So we turn our heart to love YOU
as our righteousness God.
we turn to agree with the truth
that God accepts and loves US
because God loves righteousness.
Heart, rejoice in the truth that
God is OUR righteousness,
here and close.
God Your acceptance
is our identity.
we receive it.
we receive and put on
YOUR righteousness God!
we love You!
Because we have opened up
and received Christ,
the Holy Spirit in us
is what makes us acceptable.
So Lord, we submit to the truth
and we rest into
enjoying Your full acceptance of us.
And God,
we are letting ourselves believe
and enjoy the truth that
You are accepting us
without any holding back.
Thank You for our being able to
put on and wear Your acceptance
of us as our identity.
Heart, we are turning
to make the Lord our God.
And we are turning
away from “works”
where we have to trust ourselves
to earn the acceptance we need.
Trusting Salvation for
the Acceptance of God 13
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
Heart, hear this,
“the gospel of God,
is so that the Gentiles
might become acceptable”
(Rom. 15:16).
So we are teaching our heart
to believe that the gospel is so
that we would become
acceptable to God.
Thank You God that it is right and
safe for us to believe this is true!
.
(let yourselves feel reassured by it!)
.
Heart, we are turning away from
loving the protection that comes from
disbelief about the acceptance of God.
It is NOT safe for us to
hold back from believing the truth.
Salvation is powerful
enough to save us
and make us completely
acceptable to God.
So, we repent of trying to
protect ourselvs with disbelief.
Holding back from
faith in the acceptance
of God does NOT protect us.
“God is the one who justifies”
(Rom. 10:3).
“the one who believes in Him
who justifies the ungodly,
his faith is credited as righteousness”
(Rom. 4:5).
So we are turning our heart
to believe that God
credits us with righteousness
by actually making a deposit
of His righteousness in us.
“Abraham believed God,
and it was credited to him
as righteousness ”
(James 2:23).
“The Father made Jesus
who knew no sin
to be sin on our behalf,
so that we might
become the righteousness
of God in Him”
(2Cor 5:21).
So, thank you God that
Your deposit of righteousness
in us makes us acceptable to You.
So we turn toward You God,
and we open up to receive
Your righteousness even now
Thank You God for the truth.
Jesus died as a sacrifice so that
by our believing it,
we ourselves become
acceptable to God.
Jesus died and was glorified
so that we are
“saved by the washing of regeneration
and renewing by the Holy Spirit,
whom He poured out
upon us richly through
Jesus Christ our Savior”
(Titus 3:5,6).
So Jesus saved us by pouring
the Holy Spirit upon us,
washing us, inside and out.
“as many as received Him,
to them He gave the right
to become children of God,
even to those who
believe in His name"
(John 1:12).
So it is right to open
ourselves toward God.
And we turn our heart to
enjoy believing that we have
received Him and are
receiving Him even now.
Heart, God has saved us,
God accepts us,
we are a child of God.
Heart hear this,
“ God is our salvation,
we will trust and not be afraid ”
(Isa. 12:2)
.
Heart, turn away from
fighting against the truth.
Hear it again,
“God is our salvation,
we will trust and not be afraid ”
(Isa. 12:2).
Thank You God that
You accept us completely
because it isn’t about us.
The Bible says that
“ the Lord is our righteousness”
(Jer. 33:16).
God we are turning our heart
to depend on YOU
for the righteousness that makes
us acceptable to You!
we rest into believing that You
are giving it to us even now.
People everywhere
need to feel accepted.
we need acceptance.
So we are turning our heart to find the
acceptance we need from YOU God.
we are turning our heart away
from earthly sources
and toward Your being God to us.
we repent of having to earn
acceptance and then
praise ourselves inside
for what we earned.
we repent of acceptance
by our “works”
and we turn to enjoy
acceptance freely
given by Your grace God.
Earthly sources hurt us
and don’t give enough
of what we need.
So Lord, we are turning to
You as our God.
we are telling ourselves that
“My soul shall make
its boast in the Lord;
the humble will hear it and rejoice”
(Psalm. 34:2).
So we humble ourselves from
acceptance we have to earn.
we turn from having to
depend on earthly sources
and we turn our heart to
believe and boast in
Your acceptance God.
Thank You God!
we rejoice about our being able to
make YOU our God.
Your acceptance is
what we are turning our
heart to believe and love.
we are turning our
heart away from fear.
we repent of wanting to
deserve acceptance from other
people or from You God.
we submit into believing the truth
that God’s acceptance comes to us
by faith in His grace
to just give it to us.
Lord, YOU are our God,
so we are turning our heart
to put on and wear
the acceptance of God as our identity.
Earthly sources are
damaging and undependable,
so we are turning to boast in
the acceptance of God,
and praise YOU for it God!
Heart, hear this.
When we cut off
depending on earthly sources,
we have to make
the closeness of God our identity
and boast in that,
or turning to God won’t be practical
and really work for us.
So we are turning
to love the closeness of
YOUR acceptance God!
we receive it washing
over us even now.
Heart rejoice in it and praise God for it!
.
Trusting Salvation for
the Acceptance of God 14
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Believe, love, and
be thankful for the truth!
Heart submit into believing that what,
Jesus said to the Father includes us:
“ Of those whom You have given Me
I lost not one”
(John 18:9).
Thank You God that You have NOT
and will not lose us.
Thank You God!
Heart, rejoice in the truth
that our being acceptable
is not prevented by
is not prevented by
our human condition:
“ the Lord is our righteousness”
(Jer. 33:16).
So we are turning to love
that the power of God’s
acceptance is far greater than
what our humanity lacks.
we repent of having to earn
or wanting to deserve salvation.
we repent of having to earn
or deserve the acceptance of God.
The acceptance
we need comes from our
believing God has saved us.
we submit to that as truth.
we rest into receiving the touch of
God’s acceptance
all over and through us.
Heart, the Lord is our God. So,
“My soul shall make
its boast in the Lord;
the humble will hear it and rejoice”
(Psalm.34:2).
So, we humble ourselves into receiving,
putting on, and wearing the acceptance
and the righteousness of God
as our identity.
And we repent of
depending on acceptance
we earn as our sense of identity.
Hear it again,
“ the gospel of God,
is so that the Gentiles
might become acceptable ”
(Rom. 15:16).
“ by grace you have been saved
through faith
it is the gift of God ”
(Eph 2:8,9).
Jesus
“ Himself is the payment for our sin ”
(1 John 2:2).
So Jesus died for us
so that salvation
and the acceptance of God
could be given to us
freely by God’s grace.
Heart, grace means
that God GIVES
His acceptance when we turn
from having to earn it,
and just believe that
He has saved us
by GIVING salvation to us freely
we turn away from trying to
justify God’s acceptance of us
by doing more or
being something different!
we repent of having to
do more good things in
order to earn God’s acceptance.
we set our heart to love the truth
that when God washed us
with the Holy Spirit for salvation
He burned away everything
about us that is unacceptable.
So Lord, we turn our heart to
receive that cleansing even now.
And, we are telling ourselves to love
receiving the substance
of God’s acceptance,
basking in Your acceptance
as our identity God
Heart, rejoice that we don’t
have to protect ourselves
or hide from believing
that God accepts us.
And we rejoice in the truth
that the power of
God’s acceptance toward us
can’t be overcome by
how bad we have been.
we are
“saved by the washing of regeneration
and renewing by the Holy Spirit,
whom He poured out upon us
richly through Jesus Christ our Savior”
(Titus 3:5,6).
we are saved that way,
and whenever we need forgiveness,
God still washes us
freely in that same way.
So open up and we are
turning to trust that
God is cleansing us even now
Heart, our being saved
and completely acceptable
to God is NOT based on how much
we do for God,
or on how much we sacrifice for Him!
It is NOT based on how much
we sacrifice for other people!
our being saved does NOT depend
on our being good enough.
And we repent of self-directed
praise for acceptance
based on what we do or don’t do.
we are turning our worship
away from ourselves
and toward You God.
You are our God,
NOT us!
The acceptance of God by faith
in His acceptance gives us
the freedom we need
to be able to turn
away from pushing
to get it from earthly sources.
Heart, we are turning our
worship toward God
and away from ourselves!
we are turning our heart
to trust what the Bible says,
“He saved us,
not on the basis of deeds
which we have done ”
(Titus 3:5).
we are turning to
depend on YOU God!
It is written,
“Behold, God is my salvation,
I will trust and not be afraid ”
(Isa. 12:2).
So we grab our heart
and turn it away from believing lies.
And we repent of self protection
that keeps us from believing
that God accepts us completely.
Heart, we have the acceptance
of God because of
our faith in the salvation
He gives us freely.
So we turn our heart to believe
and to enjoy this truth.
God credits us with His righteousness,
BECAUSE of our believing
that HE alone is the God
who justifies us.
And, we repent of self-protection
that keeps us
holding back from faith.
The death and
punishment Jesus suffered
was more than enough
to pay for our sin
and make us acceptable to God.
Thank you God that
all we have to do is believe it!
.
Trusting Salvation for
the Acceptance of God 15
Heart, listen to what we are saying.
Believe, love,
and be thankful for the truth!
Heart, turn away from avoiding faith.
Turn away from all disbelief.
It is safe and right
to believe God because
“ Abraham believed God,
and it was reckoned to him
as righteousness ”
(James 2:23).
And heart,
“ Christ gave Himself up for us
a sacrifice to God
as a fragrant aroma.”
(Eph. 5:2).
So it is the truth
about us where God says
“As a soothing aroma
I will accept you”
(Eze. 20:41; Eze. 43:27).
Heart agree with the truth.
It is NOT safe for us to
protect ourselves by
holding back from faith.
Hear it again,
God says
“As a soothing aroma
I will accept you ”
(Eze. 20:41; Eze. 43:27).
So God is soothed by His being
able to accept us.
So it is accurate, safe,
and good for us to believe
and enjoy that God accepts us,
without His holding back at all.
Thank You God!
Heart hear it again
because it is NOT
about any of our human
righteousness or unrighteousness.
righteousness or unrighteousness.
our being acceptable to
God is not prevented
by what is wrong with us
humanly speaking.
Jesus died for that too!
Jesus died and was punished for us,
and when we believe that,
we open up
and receive God washing us inside
and out with the Holy Spirit,
He makes a deposit of His righteous
Holy Spirit in us,
and God accepts us
completely because
we are believing it is true.
And the Bible says that
God feels soothed
by His being able to do
these things for us
APART from our having
to deserve it.
Hear it again,
“Christ gave Himself up for
us a sacrifice to God
as a fragrant aroma.”
(Eph. 5:2).
And God says,
“As a soothing aroma
I will accept you ”
(Eze. 20:41; Eze. 43:27).
So we repent of
loving the protection
that comes from
keeping ourselves away from faith.
Again, we repent of loving
the protection that comes
from keeping ourselves
away from faith.
we turn our heart to love
the safety that comes
from believing
the power of God to save us.
It is God who makes us
acceptable because
“As a soothing aroma
I will accept you ”
(Eze. 20:41)
so God is soothed
by our being saved.
Hear it again and believe it.
our salvation does NOT
depend on
“deeds” we do for God!
“He saved us, not on the basis of
deeds which we have done ”
(Titus 3:5).
we are saved because of our faith
in God’s grace to save us.
“by grace you have been
saved through faith ”
(Eph 2:8,9).
“to the one who believes in Him
who justifies the ungodly,
his faith is credited
as righteousness”
(Rom. 4:5).
So we turn our heart to
agree with the truth.
God credits us with
His righteousness
BECAUSE of our believing that
Jesus died
and made full payment
for our sin.
“God accepts us completely
BECAUSE of our
believing that Jesus died
and made full payment for our sin.”
“He saved us by
the washing of regeneration
and renewing by the Holy Spirit,
and renewing by the Holy Spirit,
whom He poured out
upon us richly through
Jesus Christ our Savior”
(Titus 3:5,6).
And just like when we open up to
receive a compliment,
or do something right,
we open ourselves up to receive
the Spirit of God
into and onto us because,
“ as many as received Him,
to them He gave the right
to become children of God
(John 1:12).
So hear this again:
“ the gospel of God, is so that
the Gentiles might
become acceptable ”
(Rom. 15:16).
So heart,
it is right and good for us
to believe God
and to completely entrust
ourselves to the power of the
death of Christ
as punishment on our behalf.
And because we are
turning to believe that,
it is right and it is safe
for us to enjoy that
God accepts us completely.
Thank You God!
we love You God
because of it! we turn to You.
we turn our heart from finding
the acceptance we need,
by what we do,
by how much authority
we have over other people,
or by praise toward ourselves
for how much we get done.
Heart, rejoice in the truth
that we don't have to
love a righteousness
that comes from what we do
that is NOT what
makes us acceptable to God.
“Christ also accepted us
to the glory of God.”
(Rom. 15:7).
So, we set our heart to
trust the blood of Christ.
And we turn our heart to praise
You for our salvation God.
Thank You for saving us!
Heart, turn away from
having to depend on what we earn
and achieve as our identity.
we turn our heart to rest confidently
in the full acceptance of God.
Thank You for Your acceptance God.
The substance of
Your acceptance is our identity.
our soul SHALL
make it’s boast in the Lord,
in YOUR acceptance of us God!
And we love YOU God!
.
